Just follow these simple steps to transform your
PowerPoint slides
1. Register to get an User-Id and Password
You will need an User-Id and Password in order to download the
Presentation Element. Registration is simple, click
on Register on top of the screen.
2. Choose your favorite PowerPoint Template.
You can use one of the standard templates that come with PowerPoint
or download one of the thousands of templates available in the
web
3. Add a new slide in your PowerPoint deck
4. Download the required element
Choose an element that you need. The elements are organized
as individual ppt (PowerPoint) files at the bottom of each page.
So if you 4 row 2 column Bullet List Table, click on the
picture. You will be asked to enter the User Id and Password
that you obtained in Step 1.
After you enter your User Id and Password, you will be prompted to
Open the file. Click 'Open' (On some browsers you may be
asked to enter the User Id and Password again when you on clicking
Open. Please enter them agin)
4. Cut and Paste the element into your PowerPoint slide
The
ppt (PowerPoint) file you open will typically contain 2 slides:
a header slide with simple usage instructions and a second slide that
contain the presentation element, in this case a 4 row 2 column bullet
list table
Simply go to the second slide and cut the element out
and paste it into your favorite template.
The colors of lines and objects will follow those
defined by your favorite template. Should you like to
change them to a color of your choice, just follow the simple
instructions in the header slide
